Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Highlight of this place is cleanliness. They go above and beyond to keep the place spick and span. Also, they provide a private bathroom which is a steal at the price. Ash and Reethu are super friendly. The area is quiet and peaceful with a very short drive to CBD. We had a very restful stay here.

Although brief, Andrea greeted me in a very welcoming way and accommodated my early check-in. The whole house is in pristine condition and the whole neighbourhood is peaceful. Easy access to CBD through very walkable bus and train stops. I very much enjoyed my stay, even though I am always out and about the whole day. Highlights was the nice, warm shower in their very clean bathroom! 10/10 ⭐️

Nicky’s place on North Adelaide would have to be one of the most beautiful AirBnb’s I have had the pleasure of staying in. Old world elegance in a most beautiful part of North Adelaide, walking distance to the CBD, Adelaide Convention Centre and Adelaide Oval. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and close to public transport . Nicky and Franklin were so friendly, unobtrusive and caring, definitely treat yourself to a week/weekend away and relax in their peaceful beautiful surroundings

First of all, Cynthia was a great host and very welcoming. You wouldnt know she was there but she was always available if the need arose. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the property was just what we were looking for in a beautiful cottage atmosphere that helped us to relax immensly. Our bedroom was a great size with everything provided, there were even coats, hats and umbrella if you had forgotton yours. The area was really good and only a 10 minute walk to numerous great restaurants and cafes, and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the train station which was only 2 stops from the city. Thanks again Cynthia for making us feel really at home and making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

Ainsley and Robert were great! They were both very warm and accommodating, even when my flight got delayed and I checked in close to 11 pm. The room and house were spotless, and full of light. The bathroom was clean and organised which made the whole experience even better. Thank you both for having me and I enjoyed my time with all of you.
