we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Only about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Wuhletal" is Berlin-Kaulsdorf, until 100 years ago a village, now one of the greenest districts of the city. Here is your spacious terraced house in a small courtyard complex with villa, terraced house with 6 parties, the carports, large garden and access to a field, where you can make an extended jogging tour. You can get to the city center quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away, others are about 1 km away. Organic market 2 km/1 U-Bahn station.

The bathing area of the Peetzigsee is 200 metres away, the garden of the house can be used completely. Bicycles, fire bowl, SUP board, natural pool, barbecue and fireplace are available free of charge. For the hot tub and sauna we charge a one-time usage fee/flat rate of 20 €. You may share the garden with guests of the other apartment.

If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sit in the sun on our farm or in winter turn on the tiled stove and enjoy a tea.

We spent a few days here with the whole family. It was beautiful. We felt very comfortable here. Everything we needed was available and very clean and hygienic.

Very relaxing and slowing stay. Everything you needed was there and lovingly prepared. There was even a basket of apples. Like an annodazumal with a wood-burning stove, it heats up beautifully. It has its charm and it was clean and everything was great including free-roaming peacock in front of the window in the morning.

We had a wonderful vacation, we actually lacked nothing. Everything you could ever need was available and in good condition. The description and pictures were as on the Airbnb page. Communication with Christian was always friendly, quick and accommodating. We borrowed a boat from the neighbor, who was also very nice and helpful. He helped us with any questions or problems. The accommodation is highly recommended and we would like to thank Christian again for having a nice time there.

We were a guest at the Eldehaus for 4 days and loved the house and the surroundings. The inventory is rustic and simple and excellent for families with children. The parking is located right on the promenade, which makes it incredibly easier to get there. At the same time, the promenade is the hub for many activities of any kind. We will definitely be back and make a recommendation to our friends and acquaintances.

Check-in was very straightforward. Only the second house number "2" (actually 12) caused initial confusion. We had very relaxed days in the house and the surrounding area. Everything was very clean, only the linens and towels from the previous occupancy were still lying around.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and communication with the very friendly hosts. The equipment of the house was very good and we lacked nothing. Particularly noteworthy is this beautiful view of the harbor and the fantastic sunrises in the morning, which can be enjoyed directly from the bed. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was welcome (there was even a dog bowl). We will be happy to come back 👍🏼

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly run house in Berlin! The host family was incredibly warm and welcomed us from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is an absolute insider tip: There were toys, children's books and even a small welcome gift for our little ones – a really nice gesture! The house was very clean, well equipped and in a quiet but well connected location – perfect for exploring Berlin with the family. The hosts were always available to us with great tips, such as child-friendly excursion destinations, restaurants and parks nearby. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation to all families. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

I highly recommend Doris’s place. It is close to the city market and walkable. The space was plenty large enough for the three of us and very clean. Doris was friendly and very responsive. I will definitly stay here again.

Beautiful, modern and spacious home. Not far from Berlin, but quiet location. At the end of the street with beautiful views of the greenery. Half an hour walk to the U-Bahn station or 2 km by car to a free large parking lot at the station (but busy on working days). The station is within the AB zone. We enjoyed and definitely recommend a stay here.
