Enjoy relaxing holidays in our quiet, cozy and centrally located apartment - "Haus Eva" in the style of an entire house with (winter) garden. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the Lübeck Bay/ Baltic Sea about 35 minutes by car. Close to Hamburg. Beautiful cycling trails, bird/ nature reserves, organic farms with farm shops and farm coffees in the area. Lauenburger Seenplatte with water sports. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Only holiday guests. Not suitable for fitters.

The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Those who, like us, attach great importance to comfort, tranquility, nature and a beautiful area, will get their money's worth. The nearby lake and forest are beautiful and worth at least one visit - also for swimming. The accommodation is simple, but very lovingly decorated and has everything essential for the manageable space. We look forward to the next stay and hope that it will be cold enough to heat the stove.

We couldn't have had it better - Claudia's apartment is beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Fragrant roses on the table, homemade jams, honey and soaps to buy, osmosis water as a guest gift, a fantastic terrace overlooking the countryside, a fully equipped kitchen, parking right outside the door… all this and much more, made us feel good from the first moment. We will definitely be back. Thank you, dear Claudia!!! We highly recommend the apartment and Claudia as a host

Tamara and her family run a very nice apartment, functional and furnished with love for small details. We lacked nothing. The apartment is quiet and was the starting point for numerous activities in the nearby (Zarrentin and Ratzeburg) and further (Lübeck, Lüneburg, Hamburg, Schwerin) surroundings. We recovered well and can only recommend this apartment.

We stayed four nights in Claudia's small oasis in the countryside with our dog 🐶 everyone felt right at home. You have a large garden with plenty of seating as well as by the lake. You can hear the birds chirping all the time, you can only relax there. 🕊️ Our highlight was the outdoor shower. In the house, nothing was missing, and you could also relax well in the rocking chair next to the fireplace. It doesn't take long to drive to the Baltic Sea, so you can also have a beach day. There is a baker nearby. With the dog, you only need to go out the gate and can walk directly through the green. 🌳 Claudia was very friendly and open-minded and makes a lot of effort. Behind the house, a pair of swans are brooding. Unfortunately, we were not able to see the little ones hatch 🦢 We can only recommend the place!
