Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Enjoy relaxing holidays in our quiet, cozy and centrally located apartment - "Haus Eva" in the style of an entire house with (winter) garden. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the Lübeck Bay/ Baltic Sea about 35 minutes by car. Close to Hamburg. Beautiful cycling trails, bird/ nature reserves, organic farms with farm shops and farm coffees in the area. Lauenburger Seenplatte with water sports. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Only holiday guests. Not suitable for fitters.

It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.
