Private suite vacation rentals in Meares Island

I really enjoyed staying at Penny’s place. It was exactly as described. We found it private and peaceful. It was also located in a great spot with access to all the things we wanted to do - beach, hikes, and food! We didn’t get to use the sauna but the hot tub was amazing. The outdoor shower was also a great touch! Penny is also very responsive!

Carrie gave us so much information in her first message! Very detailed and helpful. The suite is comfortable, in a lovely quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful place with gorgeous views. The hot tub is amazing and very relaxing to look out over the ocean. In a quiet, private setting but still walkable to restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed. Great shower and bath. Would definitely recommend :-)

We enjoyed our stay. The upper deck was nice to sit out on. The 24 steps to get up to the unit was a little tough as we are seniors. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch the NHL playoffs but the weather was nice so we enjoyed going to watch the sunset at beaches nearby. Chesterman beach was right across. Good location to visit the national park and Tofino. It was nice there were some snacks provided and the kitchen was well stocked. Another plus was they supplied robes and towels for the hot tub.

This conveniently located unit with 2 bedrooms & kitchenette was in a great location and very nicely furnished. Top marks for beautiful bedding and welcome instructions. Ample restaurants within walking distance and in view of the water, it was fun to watch the fishing boats coming and going morning and evening. Deer too! Will recommend to friends for sure.

The sweet little surf shack was a nice stay for a mini weekend getaway surf trip! Place is accurately described, a mini kitchenette just did enough to store additional snacks and food, and the amazing bathtub and sauna to restore those post surf and hike muscles - yes! Norannda has been great with responding and respects our privacy. Too bad I wished to have stayed longer, definitely a spot to return!

We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed ever minute of it! The sauna and the whirlpool are a true treat. Petra was very proactiv and super kind!

Such a beautiful, peaceful, cozy home in the most amazing location - the views from all the decks were great for bird watching! The home and grounds are a destination itself and access to the Pacific RIm National Park Preserve is so close. Tierney provided so many little extras which we appreciated to help us feel welcomed and right at home. This is truly a very special, treasured place!

Clean, private and peaceful retreat stocked with all the amenities a family needs to make a meal. Within walking or driving distance for the stunning West Pacific Trail! Beautiful town to explore with interesting shops and galleries to explore. The aquarium was informative with knowledgeable staff.

Very nice place, tastefully renovated! Everything you need to feel at home. Waylon is available and proactive! The location is also great, with many restaurants, beaches and hiking trails within walking distance.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable and private. Lots of special touches like epsom salts for bath, coffee beans and grinder and welcoming refreshments 🍻 The location was perfect!! 5 minute walk to Tonquin Beach with the most beautiful sunset. A10-15 minute walk to restaurants and town. A short drive to golf course, Tofino Brewery, Chocolate Tofino and many other fun destinations. Amanda was so good to us and her suggestions for food and activities were much appreciated 🤩 I highly recommend-and will definitely try to get back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. The property was clean and cosy and super comfy bed. Shayla was great with communication and clear instructions. The jacuzzi Bath was a real treat and lovely to look out to the little cove through the trees. Uclulet centre is close there are lovely coffee shops and eateries close by. All the major spots are close and 30-40 minutes drive to Tofino. However great places close like - Little Beach and the Lighthouse trail. Really enjoyed the stay, the location and feel of the beautiful home.

This place was amazing! The view was amazing and we enjoyed time down on the “private” beach area. Great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

This place was perfect for our getaway! It was within walking distance of many trails and restaurants and was not far from the center of town. The suite was very nice and clean and looked just like the pictures. Rich was very helpful and we enjoyed our conversation with him. We hope to return!

Absolutely loved the place — beautifully designed, super clean, and full of thoughtful details. The hot tub was amazing, and it really felt like home. What truly stole my heart was the full recycling setup — it’s the first time I’ve stayed somewhere with proper waste sorting. As a frequent traveler, that meant a lot.

beautiful place. easy walk to chestermans. a bit pricey but that is the new Tofino. If you want plenty of space with amenities and the beach close by it's a great place. PJ was very attentive and provided is with a couple extra treats

10/10 for my family! Myself, partner, and daughter had a wonderful time at our stay in Ucluelet. It was perfect. Loved the location, privacy, easy access, comfort, cleanliness, close to town, beaches etc. Everything you need is there. And the mint cleaning products were awesome! We are sad to leave!!!

The studio is very thoughtfully designed with a very comfortable mattress and linens. The location is beautiful and is a very short walk to the spectacular Wild Pacific Trail. Well stocked with locally procured, excellent coffee and tea.

Loved how cozy it was during our stay, we all felt right at home! The location is within easy walking distance to plenty of amenities including the surf shop, restaurants, trails, etc. And Iris provided clear directions for check-in and great communication the entire time! We would love to stay here again in the future, the photos and description of the property are very accurate! :)

We loved our stay at Kelsey and Byron's - quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our Tofino getaway. Great location close to Cox Bay and Chesterman's beaches. Loved the hot tub, the fenced yard, and the very comfy beds. A bonus to be able to bring the pup!
