Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level suite of a home on two acres in quiet neighborhood. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with many amenities including hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, large peaceful outdoor space with water feature, mountain views & more. Beds include one king bed in bedroom 1. One full and one queen bed in bedroom 2. One queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Completely renovated guest house only 1 mile off I 25. Rest and relax in the country on our farm. Ample room for parking if you’re pulling a trailer. 15 min to Longmont, 35 minutes to Denver/Boulder and a straight shot to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain national Park. Bedroom has a king size bed, living room has a large couch and fireplace and can accommodate a blow up mattress. Kitchen is fully furnished, full-size washer and dryer as well as included Wi-Fi.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
