Vacation rentals with a patio in McGregor

Booked this place kinda last minute after some plans changed. Really glad I picked Susana’s spot here in Cape Coral. Virtually brand new apartment, that was so clean, it looked like no one has ever been inside it when I got there.

Irina place was very clean. smelled so good like lemon grass . it was nice and cool. bed was comfy too and the little outside area was nice as well had 2 chairs. I would definitely come again.

we absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and walkable to restauurants and stores, access to a nice pool, and enjoyed the private balcony. The extra amenities that is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. is a great bonus! we can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay. Quiet all through the night, and the patio creates even more privacy inside. Parking was nice and easy. No shoe policy indoors. We took them off coming in which is fine with us. I see why they ask for it - cleeeean floors! I wish all places would do this. No dirty/sandy floors. And with this place being close to the beach - even more impressed! We enjoyed shopping in the area and lots of restaurants around that we were able to choose from.

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Beautiful property! Lots of space and plenty to do. Dev is a great host! We will be sending guests his way in the future!

This home was as advertised! We felt the location of this home was one of its best features. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to just about anything that you’d want to do in Cape Coral. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation spot!

This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.

This place is great, we highly recommend. Communication with Robin prior and during our stay was excellent, she's very responsive. Location was great, in a nice neighborhood, house backs up to a canal. It is centrally located between Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach, easy access to Cape Coral and major roadways. Grocery is less than a mile away, easily walkable or a short drive. Access to house is easy, the place was spotless with fully equipped kitchen. Separate dining area is perfect for meals or playing games. There is a nice work area with a printer if you need to spend some time on your computer. The living area is large with comfortable sofa and large screen TV. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. Beds are a little softer than we like, but comfortable. Everything was top notch but we especially liked the pool, attached spa and outdoor area. The outdoor area has a lovely view of the canal and passing boats but still offers privacy. The house was extremely clean. There was lots to do during downtime of doing things in the area. Super relaxing. Would book again!

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

The stay at Lisa’s place was great. Minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and hope to be back again soon.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, everything was perfect, including communication, location, and how clean and spotless everything was. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is priceless. Highly recommend!

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.
