Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

I stayed at Sabrin’s for about 3 months while I was working in multiple different locations nearby. Sabrina was very helpful and the apartment was amazing. It has a beautiful pool, a gym, and a nice little patio. It’s the perfect space for a single person and a very peaceful and safe area. If you are considering staying, I most certainly recommend staying here! 🥰

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Shante’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating. My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Ms.Teal is a great host wouldn’t have ask for no one else, I would easily book with her again! Place was lovely truly felt like home nice environment as well, also as a host she was perfect responsive and reliable truly a blessing!

The property was spacious and accommodated us with room to spare. The location was 20 minutes from all of our events. It was only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!
