Beachfront vacation rentals in Mazatlan

The place is very nice, the view of the bay is impressive, the apartment is in the best location in Mazatlan, you have everything at hand and there are also several restaurants and convenience stores only when leaving the building. The truth is 100% recommended, also Mr. Luis is available at all times and is very pleasant.

The accommodation is in a very good location, 1 block from the pier, from where you can easily get to the center and the beaches. Nearby there are pharmacies, shops, and restaurants, where you can buy everything you need. The building is quiet and the pool is comfortable. Lily and Claudia were always attentive and communication was good and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Elena’s Space is TO DIE FOR! 🤩 You can’t photograph or put into words the view from the balcony, there is plenty of space and room for your whole family and the service and responsiveness is TOP TIER! 🙌🏼 If you are staying in Mazatlan and want a beautiful view, pool, and space to enjoy the newer side of Mazatlan, Sinaloa; THIS SPOT IS A NO BRAINER! I will DEFINITELY be coming back…. SOON!

100% recommended, Xochil and his son Luis Angel are very friendly and were always attentive to us. Her property is very beautiful and with a spectacular view of the Mazatlan seawall. We'll definitely stay right there every time we return to Mazatlan.

This stay was perfect for us for our week in Mazatlán. Oziel’s communication and responsiveness was awesome and so important when you are traveling. The apartment was super clean, and the bed in the master was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The pelicans flew right by our windows, and we were at eye level with the parasailers! We took advantage of spa services, the pool and the weight room, which had a decent amount of equipment. These were big reasons why we booked this place. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. There is not a lot of sandy beach in front of the complex which meant when the tide was high, we couldn’t walk down the beach and had to double back to the road. At other times it was fine though. But the benefit of that is that the view from the pool was right on the water! This is more of a residential complex than a regular resort, which was nice if you are looking for less of a party atmosphere.

This was a lovely condo in a great area, right on the Malecon, with a terrace overlooking the park and the sea. It was very walkable, just a short distance to the marketplaces and other parts of the city. Ubers are also always available at very low cost. Our beds were comfortable and the condo was well-equipped. I even found a yoga mat in the closet. The swimming pool and rooftop were beautiful with expansive coastal/sea views. The desk staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back for another stay! You will need to get filtered water for drinking and cooking for a small cost from the staff in the lobby. One note: the elevator broke on the last day we were there, and since we were on the 8th floor, it was a bit of a challenge, but fitter folks would have be fine. The host offered to move us to another location, and also sent her own staff to carry all of our luggage down to the street the next morning. So we could not have asked for a better host or a better stay!

The view was incredible, right by the ocean. Every morning, I had an awesome run along the beach. The surroundings were stunning, and the host was very responsive.

Super recommended nice place and the hosts looking out for us and they were very flexible on arrival since we arrived much earlier and they gave us the opportunity to enter and they welcomed us with a little thing that is the first time we had to receive in that way I would definitely stay with them again

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Castelo! The house is charming, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Its location is unbeatable—just a 30-second walk to the ocean, with plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby for anything you might need. It’s also an easy stroll to downtown, which was so much fun to explore. Pablo was a fantastic host—quick to respond, super friendly, polite, and very accommodating. Highly recommend

Beautiful beach location. Snack bar and pool bar were very reasonably priced and the people were great. Ocean beach was right up against the property. A wonderful spot for a vacation.

We went as a family! Everything was excellent, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool without any problems. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. And the best part is that we were able to travel with our furry friend 🖤

Beautiful condo with amazing views. The pool, gym, and game room were extremely well maintained, as were the entire building & grounds. The pool bar was fantastic and very reasonably priced and the food was great and also well priced. Excellent location - close to everything, but not in the middle of crowds. Carolina's communication was fast and she provided all the information needed for check-in, check-out, and how to work everything in the condo and building. She even provided a guide of area food and things to do. Will definitely return to this condo. Thanks, Carolina!
