Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Welcome to our place in Bayswater - one of the older suburbs in Perth, with tree-lined streets and character homes just 15 minutes to the Perth CBD. It's a great location to explore, being just 20 minutes to the beach, or the Swan Valley wineries, or Perth Hills trails and art galleries. If you're bringing your dog then you're really in luck with one of the best dog parks just five minutes down the road at Riverside Gardens. Golf clubs and bikes available on request. Come and enjoy!

My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay
