The place is just like the photos in the post. The apartment is very well equipped, we loved that there was yerba and mate equipment to use. While the apartment is quite quiet, it is also surrounded by lots of businesses where you can buy groceries to cook. There is also a good choice of restaurants and places to pick up food made in the area. The pool was great for a dip after the outings to walk in the Buenos Aires summer.

I stayed for three days and had the most comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gabriel is a very involved host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. Leave us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He's very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

Happy with the stay! The loft is very comfortable and complete with everything we needed to cover daily life, cooking, washing clothes, resting, enjoying the divine garden that Emilia takes care of with great love. I enjoyed seeing my pet "Octavio" as I really took advantage of the space, super motivated with everything. We didn't want to leave!!! We'll be back

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

This is the second time I've visited Paula's apartment in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular, well-lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. I really liked the apartment, it's comfortable and has a beautiful view. The pool on the 27th floor is simply beautiful, and the hydro is a plus. Laura is a genius. I recommend it 100%

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .
