The apartment is old and could use some TLC but value for money. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great location near train, bus and walkable to great restaurants in BA. Swimming pool was nice during those steamy afternoons. Staff very attentive to requests. We had a great time. Close to local markets and washing machine is always appreciated. Thanks to Carolina.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very friendly, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for both resting and working. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed for a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back. A perfect stay!

We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely go back!

A very good place to stay!! Perfect communication! Although the lease was not for me, I knew the apartment and I thought it was beautiful. It has a balcony overlooking a divine tree. Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park.
