Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment, very well decorated. Comfort worthy of a very good hotel. Ideal location next to Roland Garros! The connected lock didn't work, but a huge thank you to the owner who answered the phone after 11 p.m. and unlocked the door in 10 minutes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence has close access to the metro system and the supermarket was also nearby and convenient when needed. We (three in our family) stayed for one week and didn't want to leave. :)

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

I'm glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The design of the house is special and interesting, just like the pictures.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche ways to play. This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Nice park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. Count between 45 min and 1 hour of public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences...). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

We had a great time at Guillaume's place! The house is close to Paris, easily accessible by public transport, and in a very quiet location. The place is as described, very clean, you immediately feel at home, and all this at a reasonable price. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Guillaume is very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Everything was perfect, we'll be happy to go back. Thank you!!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Very pleasant accommodation: clean, well-equipped and in a good location (Agrotch plateau 10 minutes' drive and RER station 6 minutes' walk.) Discreet and efficient hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay at The TeRRACE! The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was a real plus during hot days, and the private terrace was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was perfect — a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, with very good restaurants and shops nearby. It was also located a few minutes' walk from the public transport network, which allowed us to move easily throughout Paris. It was really all we needed for our stay in Paris. We highly recommend it!
