Monthly Rentals in Mashnee Island

Absolutely fantastic house for my family of 7! We loved the location and were sad when we had to leave. Ronda was very proactive in her communication and was always quick to respond with questions. We will definitely think about staying here again when visiting the Cape and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape Cod!

Beautiful and cozy home with a very comfortable living room. The place was spotless and spacious, and fully gave that Cape vibe we were looking for. The location was perfect, with beaches in walkable distances and a very quiet neighborhood. Amazing restaurants nearby as well. Perfect experience.

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!
