Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The space was IMMACULATE and exactly as described! Glenna was a WONDERFUL host and went out of her way to assist us when we had an issue getting the TV to work. It truly lives up to it's "Sanctuary" name! Quiet and peaceful & centrally located for all of our activities in Murfreesboro! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!!

Iain's and Peggy's place is amazing! Comfortable, private, peaceful and beautiful setting in Franklin. Iain was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The space is older, with an "antique" and historical feel to it, as described in the listing. But it is very clean and comfortable. It was also priced very reasonably, especially for Franklin. It's probably not suited for more than a couple or possibly three people. There is a single bed in the bay window area (pictured), but the morning light streams in so you'd need to be OK with that. Otherwise, the couch was quite comfortable and could accommodate someone who sleeps find on sofas (not a pull-out, I believe). I will definitely stay with Iain and Peggy next time I'm in Franklin. Highly recommended.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

We have stayed at allot of Airbnb places and Vicki’s is the most like home with extras, from pour over coffee to an amazing high definition projector. The house is very well stocked for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, BBQ. Coffee- Keurig, pour over, electric tea kettle, and a brother that heats and cools your cream. The towels are amazing as well as the beds ( memory foam). At night we watched firefly’s from the back porch while we enjoyed the peaceful quietness of this amazing place. Vicki was always very responsive and there is a handy book full of places to go and things to do. If you go to the farmers market in Franklin I suggest you go early as this is a very busy place, but well worth it. If you like oatmeal I suggest the Scottish oatmeal from one of the vendors. The fresh eggs from next door are awesome. If you are looking for busy night life then you should look somewhere else, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous house then this house is for you.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The property is peaceful and surrounded by lots of land, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless—from the kitchen (which was stocked with all the essentials) to the fresh towels and clean, cozy bedsheets and comforters. The living room was warm and inviting—great for hanging out as a family. One of our favorite parts was waking up to see deer in the backyard in the mornings—it was absolutely magical. Jesse, the host, was excellent with communication and always quick to respond. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway!

Nice little spot, didn't realize it was a split house, but didn't have any issues.

Very nice stay, especially for the price. We didn’t realize that it had two separate bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Very very quiet, near nice places and a cute town!

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10

LeGenna was an awesome host offering a 5 star Airbnb stay. Her place was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 8, offering privacy for all of us! We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge area, and her place was super clean, beds were comfortable, linen was soft, and the kitchen was fabulous! Becky was very helpful, pointing out a shorter route to the door from the driveway that I'd missed. A great place to stay in a convenient area of town.

The host Suzanne was great and very informative. The Bungalow was perfect for our softball trip. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy and the neighborhood is the perfect spot in Columbia if you want a central location to everything. This is a triplex and we had some fellow softball families staying as neighbors, you can hear a lot, so heads up but not a big deal. We would book again if ever in the area.
