It was an impeccable stay for me. Everything was on point, the location, apartments, nature, cleanliness, response from the team, (snacks basket)and so on. The pool made the place even better. Go for it guys. Overall 9/10. :-)

The place looked just like the photos, which was great! Karan accommodated for an early check in very easily which was a relief and his team’s proactive approach was also great! Mr. Sibichan was very helpful in reciprocating with the formalities, very helpful and warm in welcoming us! Rehman, was always a boy that would greet us with a smile on his face and would make sure our place was impeccably clean and tidy when we would return from our day’s travel! In all, would surely recommend this place to stay in Candolim!

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Everything was super beautiful and clean and matched the pictures. Hosts and caretaker were super kind too. Everything was well thought of and designed to make guests comfortable Definitely a recommend and a place I’ll go back to stay if I’m back to Goa

The apartment is amazing with all the facilities. We travelled along with my 5 month old baby and the apartment was very much baby friendly

Property is well maintained and clean. Caretaker Avdesh is also very helpful and approachable. He is always a call away if you face any issue. Location is also very good and in close proximity with near by attraction. Owner Terrence Salvador also helped me with proper advice for a medical emergency in family. Overall it is a very satisfactory experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The location is convenient—just 30 minutes from Manohar Airport, and within similar distance to major beaches and popular eateries around Siolim. It made exploring North Goa incredibly easy. We were traveling with a baby, and the house had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also worked remotely during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for multiple people working simultaneously. The space was well laid out with enough rooms to manage work and rest comfortably. The property was regularly cleaned, which made it very comfortable for an extended stay. There's also a shared pool, which we often found to be nearly empty—great for a quiet dip. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and family-friendly stay in Goa.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter. The place is well maintained. Nimish was a perfect host. He was always available and ready to go out of his way to help. would definitely recommend this place for a convenient stay especially if you have things to do in town.

Evis' Joes's Haven is a new muse for us in North Goa. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Saligao with 20 minute access to beaches like Candolim and Calangute. The apartment had all the amenities listed on Airbnb and was squeaky clean when we got there. It is spacious and airy with adequate space to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and maintained. We could cook up and store our meals without any problem. Evis was very helpful in case we required any help. The housekeeper would turn up as required. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

There was a surprise gift hamper waiting for us, that was so sweet and thoughtful😍Had a wonderful homely stay, all the amenities at the property made our life very easy❤️Very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful surrondings. We had a cafe(Cafe Durga) and a grocery store at ground floor for quick and easy food plus groceries.🥰The property was cleaned everyday by the caretaker. 2 washrooms were an added advantage. The property had block game for kids🥳The infinity roof top pool and scenic views were the highlights of the property. Enjoyed alot there❤️The host ensured our hassle free checkin by connecting us with house caretaker. The caretaker was proactive, friendly and helpful, she helped us with getting the luggage at home.😇 All in all a great memorable stay, started missing the place already during my final packup, hope to visit soon again🥹❤️

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

Sumentha is a responsive and welcoming host. Her Airbnb near Candolim Beach is safe, clean, and at a convenient distance from the beach. The property features a lovely view and a well-maintained pool. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
