Vacation rentals with lake access in Marotiri

Sarah was a wonderful host and her place felt like home. We had everything we needed for a week in Taupo. Close to a shopping market and the walking path on the lake, the place was quiet and peaceful.

We’ve found Bayley’s house a great place to stay for family. The plunge pool is so big and we enjoyed it very much. Everything is same as described and Bayley’s instruction is clear. So everything went smoothly, we recommend this place!

Had an amazing stay. House was awesome with lots of room for everyone. We had a mix of adults and kids and there was space for everyone. John was very responsive to questions and accommodated our requests. It was great to have a list of recommendations for food places, which we used a couple of. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to use the outside fire, but we did enjoy the spa at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to others.

A neat and tidy cottage in a nice area not far from town. A little small on the inside but good for an overnight stay. The bed is super comfy and cozy and the facilities are great. Being dog friendly is a great option and very well catered for. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🤩

This was a very nice and clean place to stay, with easy instructions on how to get in and where to park. The house was in a nice quiet and more private area with only a short drive to the city centre which was really good. Overall I highly recommend this place as it’s definitely worth the money :)

This place is perfect for families, we had lots of room and a very comfortable stay! Location is great, very central to the main hub and supermarkets etc. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely little place super close to the main strip, eaily walking distance to most activities within the area, super friendly host for our brief conversation to ensure i had the rundown on anything i may have missed 10/10

Kristin has been great with communication, offering early check in as soon as the place is available. Location is excellent, lake front, next to many restaurants and most importantly, 3 min walk to Wai Ariki hot spring which is the main reason for our visit to Rotorua. Note though because of the proximity to Eat Street - Friday night particularly can be very noisy , music well into 1am . The pull out couch at the study does sleep the 5th guest, but the study is more a recess from the kitchen area, so whoever sleeps there bring eye mask and ear plugs.

Susie's loft is spacious and comfortable, and only 5 mins walk away from the lake. Smooth check in and out. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful stay! The surrounding golf course views are absolutely stunning. The house is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. Highly recommended!

Barbara was an absolutely wonderful host. The only hiccup involved a communication issue with the cleaner but she resolved it so incredibly quickly that it did not affect our stay in the least. She was generous and very easy to work with during our stay. Should we venture back to this side of the world from the states again one day we would love to stay at her accommodation again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

The place is it is as described. My children love the toys inside and the backyard. Great walk to a lake nearby.

We chose Rob’s place initially based on the beautiful first photo of the sunrise or sunset. While we did not have a chance to see sunsets there, the sunrises were picture-worthy every day! The view was absolutely remarkable. Rob’s attention to details showed in how he has supplied this AirBnb and his carefully written instructions. The choice of pillows and great water pressure were perfect. Everything was very comfortable, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Rotorua made an excellent home base for all of our activities in the central North Island. Our only regret was not staying longer. We hope to return if we visit New Zealand again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the lake house in Lake Tarawera, We couldn't recommend it enough! Such an awesome spot if you have a boat or jetskis , If not they have kayaks you are welcome to use. Playground is about a 3-5 minute walk for the kids, Tennis Court is right at your door step. All the neighbors are very friendly and make you feel right at home. If your thinking about booking don't think about it just book it you will have an amazing time!

Lovely place close to the lake and a quick drive to Rotorua. The patio was super fun to hang out and we loved the outdoor shower. We liked staying here!

Beautiful spot so close to the lake. The Bach has everything you need and we felt right at home. I have recommended to all my friends and family that will be visiting soon!! Loved it, thank you ☺️

The view was beautiful and ever changing. We must have taken 30 photos from the one spot of the differing conditions. We were happy living in. Bach 63 had everything we needed, lots of linen, coffee etc. We were still finding things on the last day, a therapeutic hot pack. . We loved our stay in Bach 63. . Thank you Lisa, well done.
