We loved our stay in Cotton Tree. The apartment location is fantastic and perfect for our family with a toddler. We spent afternoons playing at the river which was the best for little kids. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and was well set up

Great location with fantastic views, perfect to sit, relax and unwind. Fully appointed kitchen to prepare your own meals, or lots of great options nearby to eat out. We reached out to book Melanie’s apartment for a family weekend away. From the moment we booked the communication and responsiveness was incredible. The accommodation was immaculate and as described. Location was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, and the facilities at the accommodation were impressive. Everyone that stayed could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone. We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Spectacular! Neil and Sherie were extremely responsive and helpful from the outset. It was a welcome change to be greeted by the owners and their fur-baby, shown around the property and given lots of helpful tips. The apartment is modern and felt like home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for us, our baby and our dog. Neil and Sherie have thought of everything, including beach towels, generous pantry items and fridge snacks. The location is incredible and a very short pleasant walk from the beach, cafe and our fiends place. We will definitely stay with Neil and Sherie again.

really enjoyable stay. place was beautiful although internet wouldn’t allow to stream anything on tv. sooo many cute cafes nearby to grab a coffee and walk along the beach!!

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.

Incredible stay! The place is beautiful, better than the pictures and it feels very secluded, yet close to everything. It's spotless and super well organized. The kitchen is by far the best equipped Airbnb we have ever been to, it felt like we were at home! Can't thank Rachael for all the little touches that made the stay so easy and enjoyable! We hope to stay again!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home was very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed including a high chair and portacot which was a big help! The location is great and a great place to unwind and relax.

Wow wow wow. We stayed at Rowan House for Mum mum’s 80th a perfect house for a large (11) multigenerational group. Given the house is about 80 years old itself, was a fitting venue. Moya is an amazing host, very quick to respond to questions and , and met on arrival to explain the ins and out of the house. The house itself is a beautifully presented, quirky, rambling old house perched on the side of the mountain with great views back to the coast. A great entertaining house - bedrooms are all well presented with quality linens and plenty of pillows/ blankets. The kitchen is perfect for feeding a large crowd - plenty of fridge spaces, ample everything you need. Moya unexpectedly, and very kindly, had stocked us with some staples and plenty of party starters. Fire place, tennis’s court, great views - was all fantastic. The only complaints we had were that we had to leave so soon.

This place was very comfortable to stay. I needed somewhere secure for my dog for an extended stay and I was lucky to find this place available. Great location yet peaceful inside. Would book again for short term stays.

As soon as we walked in we were transported to a peaceful, tranquil place. It was everything we were wanting in a family getaway just perfect. Very clean. Living area was just perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 small children.

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. Location was amazing and only a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Would love to come back one day.
