House vacation rentals in Maroochy River

We stayed at this beautiful air bnb with our extended family, 8 adults and one baby. The space was huge and accommodated us all easily. The home is beautiful with stunning canal views and the space was so clean but gave off a really homey feel. There is so much to do at the home, we didnt even really need to venture out. The location is great, a short drive from Caloundra and Mooloolaba which leaves you with endless options for day trips and food. I highly would recommend to anyone looking for a air bnb around this location. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful, peaceful location, central to Hinterland sights, with lovely views from very spacious and comfortable living areas (both inside and out).

The property was absolutely beautiful! A very well equipped kitchen - with everything you could possibly need! Plenty of space, even with a group of 8. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with our family and friends - we just wished we had of stayed longer!!!

What a lovely home to have our family holiday in. So much to do for a multigenerational gathering. The kitchen area was easy to navigate with multiple people at one time. We also made good use of the bbq area downstairs and the firepit was a big drawcard for toasted marshmallows. All you could need for tennis, basketball and ping pong. A really wonderful space, thank you Brigid and Neil.

We couldn't fault this property it was perfect size for eight people and a dog with the host catering for every need with lots of extra touches. The house had everything that we needed including enough crockery etc for everyone and dining areas set up for the stated 8 people. It was immaculately clean and the host was extremely accommodating in giving us an earlier check in and later checkout which made a huge difference. Sitting in the outdoor area at the back of the property looking out into the trees and listening to the ocean was so relaxing and this is where we spent 90% of our time. Lovely property!!

Fabulous home for a getaway in beautiful Coolum. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating and their home had all we needed for a lovely stay, including our fur baby!

The house was in a great location for a wedding in Bald Knob. We brought our two kids and grandparents along for the stay and the house was a very comfortable size. There were plenty of activities for the kids, provided by the hosts, which was great for entertainment both indoors and out, without having to get in the car and head somewhere else. The view is fantastic from the living room with both inside or outside a great spot for an afternoon fire. Great distance from Maleny. It was a comfortable stay and would stay here again and recommend. Olivia is fantastic to deal with and very responsive.

Stayed here for three nights with my besties! Great accommodation, plenty of room throughout the house, From indoors to the great entertaining area outside. Huge doors that open out onto a lovely alfresco area. The home was within a block of some lovely places for breakfast. With a grocery, newsagent and takeaway alcohol shop so close. We were lucky enough to be there on a Sunday for the markets! Would definitely recommend to a family of 5 or 2 or 3 couples. The kitchen had everything you needed, we had a beautiful breakfast we made and ate outside in the entertaining area. 5 Stars from us *****

Beautiful location, well thought out extras and essentials in the room, great communication. Entry is a little hard to see from the road as it is on a corner but this does not detract from location at all. Would recommend to anyone

The place is magical. The surroundings is very peaceful and it really resets your brain into calm mode. The outside bath tub is very romantic, of course we couldn't try it as we were freezing!!! Rustic appeal, with modern amenities. The kitchen was gorgeous and has all you need to whip up whatever you like. Thank you Charlie!

I was here for 2 weeks. The studio was clean and the bed was comfy. Very quiet area, I sat on the back deck having a cuppa and enjoying the peace and tranquility. Yandina was close by with shops to stock up. The ginger factory is also there for a look. Only a 15 min drive to Coolum Beach. Martin and Georgina were awesome. They didn’t intrude on your space but checked in occasionally to make sure you had what you need or any help. I would stay here again when I’m up this way.

Cozy cabin vibes all the way! Even though it rained most of the time, we loved our stay. The cottage is both inviting and luxurious, perfect for catching up with friends and drinking mulled wine around a fire. The view is mesmerising even on misty days. Sarah is a great host - very responsive and able to accomodate an earlier check-in. We really appreciated the little gift basket! Overall a beautiful space - would 100% recommend!

Highly recommend!!! Such a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful spot on the sunshine coast. Easy to get to everything we needed… Easily one of our favourite air bnbs we’ve stayed in yet… private, clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and well stocked w the necessities, healthy utensils and pans etc (stainless), eco products in bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and linen was lovely. Host was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you Alina and Paul :)

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, very comfortable, great secure yard (esp if you take a dog like we did), and Jules was very responsive and friendly. The location was great, across the road from the boat ramp but the main road was a little busy and sometimes took a few minutes to get out into the traffic. We would definitely come back again.

As soon as you walk into this gorgeous treehouse you feel so at home. It is such a cozy space that feels very private, nicely nestled in the forest - my guests could not get enough of admiring the nature from the terrace and taking in all the sounds from the birds around the house. The interior is beautiful! we truly enjoyed the natural colours, very simplistic but very stylish look and the all the little extras like the pool, sauna, bath, fire pit added special touch to our weekend - something for everyone. The kitchen was very clean and the walk in pantry made hosting a weekend so much easier. But one of the most important things for me as an organiser of our weekend getaway - the quick replies to my messages. Whether messages on Airbnb website or text messages over the phone - it was quick and to the point. It helped me to feel confident about my stay at this property. Overall, could not speak more highly of this beautiful place - and I cannot wait to be back!! Thank you!!!

I had the most beautiful stay at Cherry’s Place, it was exactly the peaceful, tranquil getaway I needed. The moment I walked in, I felt an instant exhale, it’s the kind of space that immediately makes you slow down and breathe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was stunning, and the whole place just felt considered and welcoming. I especially loved spending my evenings by the fire pit — Cherry was so helpful in setting me up and making sure I could make the most of it. There’s nothing quite like sitting under the stars, surrounded by nature, with the fire going. Cherry also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations, which made exploring the area so easy and fun. I truly felt right at home and would absolutely return. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Chris’ place was even better than described. There was so much space for our group of 12 adults and Chris had thought of absolutely everything condiments, a lovely basket of snacks, dark face washers for make up and so much more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house Chris!!

We celebrated our 1-year wedding anniversary and our dog’s 5th birthday at Riverdell Retreat, such a beautiful and peaceful spot! We were greeted by a cows on arrival and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Carolyn was a lovely host, and the house was clean, comfy, and pet-friendly. What’s even better is that it’s only a 2-hour drive from Gold Coast City, so it feels like a proper escape without having to go far. We even got to take home some local wagyu beef! We were so impressed with Andrew's beautiful house from the moment we stepped in. It certainly has the WOW factor. It accommodated our 7 adults and one baby perfectly. We utilized the shared facilities, and whilst the pool was cold, the brave of us managed a couple of quick dips. The bonus was the hot outside shower! We had a great stay, and would happily recommend. Andrew is a great host and was always extremely helpful.
