Cosy character cottage in central Marlborough
Wren cottage is a unique and gorgeous little 400 year old, 1 bed character cottage with a big personality! Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal
The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Alba Cottage, 26 Wilcot, is a charming, Grade II Listed, 3 bedroom thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Wilcot (in the Pewsey Vale an Area of outstanding natural beauty). It has wooden beams, a warm, colourful interior and is very quiet and peaceful. The large garden has a hidden gate onto the green behind. 4mins from Pewsey station (London 1 hr) but surrounded by picturesque walks and cycle routes in the North Wessex Downs and Savernake Forest. Many straight from the front door.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Our cosy Barn is furnished to a high standard and is situated close to the main house in nine acres of grounds and within walking distance to two idyllic villages which have excellent dog friendly pubs. It is ideally positioned if you are seeking a relaxing break with many stunning walks and bike rides or wish to work away from your office. (The office is available for those who stay at the barn for a week and for an additional charge of £100 during BST months and £120 GMT months)
