Vacation rentals with a patio in Marl

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

The apartment is really great in all the aspects. Location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, 5-6 minutes walk from downtown, all the cafes and restaurants. In front of the building is situated the Opera and Theatre with the spectacular park. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with all necessary equipment and amenities, balcony has nice view as well as the in yard space. Special thanks to host, Mert, who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this apartment when next time will be in Essen.

Very good communication, in the apartment there was everything you need, check-in with key box, parking in front of the door, comfortable bed, good shower and in the kitchen there was everything you could need. The apartment is very quiet and the nearest public transport stop is a 5-minute walk. Very friendly and helpful hosts who also provided enough information material about the local things. I'd love to come back.

We had a great, relaxing weekend at the place! There were four of us and the apartment was sufficiently spacious. It is very clean and above all nicely furnished! The kitchen is equipped beyond the normal conditions of an AirBnB, so we had really great, very extensive cooking evenings there and on the small private terrace in the countryside it tasted even better! We felt absolutely comfortable, also due to the very likeable hosts and would be happy to come back!

We were able to spend a few quiet days with Terry and Stefan and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is quietly located and we had a beautiful view of the fields, the yard and a few sheep. The place itself is very clean and modernly furnished. Terry and Stefan are very kind and attentive hosts and upon our arrival there were even fresh flowers in the apartment. They provided us with plenty of tips for the area and were always available. There was even a way to lock in wheels. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

This apartment is a "pearl." Beautiful, clean, central. You feel right at home and arrived. Great location, even if you don't have a car, as public transport and everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and positive. They are very helpful and courteous. Keep it up :-). We will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We didn't meet Katharina in person at the time. But that was no problem at all. Wishes and questions could be quickly clarified via messages and if we had needed her, she would have come by. So we had a lot of time for ourselves and could enjoy the apartment to the fullest! Even though it rained all weekend, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults to retreat. We would definitely rebook this apartment.
