Newly designed and cozy two-room apartment in a Gründerzeit house (75 square meters, plank floor, raised ground floor) with modern kitchen and bathroom (tub & shower) in downtown Görlitz. Five minutes' walk to the picturesque old town and the Gerhard Hauptmann Theater. Good shopping. It can accommodate four people on two double sofa beds. Musicians are especially welcome. Piano and guitar are available. Large balcony to the rear courtyard (8 square meters). Minimum two nights. No breakfast!

The apartment is in the best location, right on the Obermarkt, in the middle of the historic center of Görlitz. Everything that makes up the city is within easy and quick walking distance. The building, also known as the Napoleon House, is a real gem of the city's history: Napoleon Bonaparte himself resided here 5 times. No wonder it's immortalized in the city guide's art guide. Those who live here embark on a small art trip – a stylish adventure in a stately ambience.

Bright and cosy apartment located in the Nysa suburb of Zgorzelec overlooking the river and the German side of the city. Nearby, you can find the Old Town Bridge (pedestrian border crossing between Zgorzelec and Görlitz). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and grocery shops. On top of that, the best café in Zgorzelec - Czarna Caffka is located just a few steps away from the flat. The flat is located in an old building with a staircase awaiting renovation.

Nach Absprache kann mein Parkplatz genutzt werden. 150 m zum Theater 150 m bis zum Beginn der Altstadt 500 m zu Edeka Zahlreiche Shops in direkter Nähe und fussläufig zur Einkaufsstraße 1 km bis zum Bahnhof

The apartment is newly furnished and very spacious with a living/bedroom, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with tub. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the countryside - somewhere behind it is also the Landeskrone!
