We were very pleased with this appartment - very clean, in a good spot with a nice view. Even It is not in the historic centre, but has lovely locations arround - with good coffee places (just next door) and fantastic restaurants in wlaking distance.

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Quito was simply perfect. The beautiful building itself is a delight, and the location allowed us to truly soak in the city. My wife and I absolutely loved every moment!

Place is perfectly located in Gonzales Suarez neighbourhood. Easy to access great pool great kids room. Local or tourist this place is great for a couple

great stay beautiful place

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Rosita was a great hots, she was very kind at all times.

Zona tranquila y cercana al centro de la ciudad, departamento limpio, ordenado, y tal cual se muestra en las fotos, pero lo que se lleva la película aquí es la vista que tiene el departamento ya sea de día o de noche la vista a toda la ciudad era simplemente hermosa 10/10

Todo muy bien con el alojamiento, estuvimos muy cómodos, recomendado.

Su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todos los centros comerciales y del centro de Cumbayá, un lugar encantador y turístico al que se puede llegar fácilmente a pie. Como única sugerencia, recomendaría añadir más utensilios a la cocina para quienes disfrutan cocinando en casa. En general, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Cumbayá, con todo lo necesario a la mano en un entorno seguro y agradable. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Our stay at this Airbnb truly surpassed our expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making coordination effortless and stress free. The home was not only beautiful, but also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal, centrally situated with quick access to the mall & restaurants. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Me encantó mi estancia en este departamento. Estaba impecablemente limpio, en una ubicación excelente cerca del Quicentro, y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Además, cuenta con instalaciones adicionales accesibles y es un lugar muy seguro. El check-in fue sencillo y directo, y tanto el anfitrión como su equipo fueron súper amables, siempre atentos y muy comunicativos. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendadísimo!

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

Un departamento muy bonito y agradable, la zona es una mezcla perfecta entre tranquilidad y diversión. En las noches sí se siente un poco de frío pero Andrés dejó mantas extras así que no hubo problema. La piscina es temperada y es muy relajante. No pudimos encontrar azúcar pero cerca hay minimarkets entonces todo se solucionó. Realmente esta suite es una ganga por su precio y por todo lo que ofrece. Ya queremos volver.
