Villa vacation rentals in Marina di Sibari

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Highly recommend! We stayed for one week and beside the nice weather for this time of the year and the cristal seaside, the house was perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and the house was big enough and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped, big balconies in two of the bedrooms, a big living room and a garden with terrace to enjoy and admire the sunset in the evening. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, very close to the sea and to the Acquazzura acquapark if you like the adrenaline and water slides. Giovanni was very resposive, helpful with indications and reccomandations. We had very good communication: before, during and after our staying, he was very nice and prompt to recover my laptop charger before flying back home. Thank you again for being so kind, we had a great vacation!

We stayed at Cesarino's place for a week. Very friendly, communicative, helpful host. Very clean in the house and bathrooms. We got smelling towels. I wish there was a dishwasher. A little far from the sea. The lighting around the house and sun loungers in the garden made for a good atmosphere especially in the evenings after a hot day. They created a relaxation area. I highly recommend it.

We were a family of 5 (4 adults + a 2year old toddler). The location of the apartment is good if you are looking for a relaxed holiday or doing some remote working in a house close to the beach (around 1 km, +/-10 min through the pine woods. You can also reach it by car, but in theory it is not allowed to park the car close to the beach entrance). The beach was very calm in this period. My partner and I were remote working and we were quite comfortable while my partner's parents took our child to the beach every day. The house has no internet connection, but we already knew as this is well described in the ad. We bought a portable Wi-Fi router and it worked quite well, the area has a good coverage for both TIM and Vodafone. Thanks to Giuseppe and Giacomo!

The house is ideal for a vacation full of tranquility and contact with nature. A 10-minute drive from the sea, the location is nestled in the local hills, surrounded by fruit trees and absolute silence. The host is delightful, extremely punctual and helpful. Highly recommended if you need to get away from the city.

Beautiful house, better than in photos; large garden, great for the safe play of our dog and for our relaxation; very close to the clear sea, five minutes walk; rocky beaches never crowded; in three minutes by car you can reach Montegiordano Marina with a nice waterfront, small shops, nice people, many dogs well accepted and Swiss cleaning. Sandro had told us that the hedges around the garden may not be enough to “confine” a dog: in fact, those traveling with animals prone to escape, medium-small, could have problems: our Jon, a super territorial shepherd, never even thought about escaping! The proximity to Ionica also makes it easy to reach many tourist destinations, from Sibari to Matera, from Metaponto to Pollino.

Very quiet location in the countryside but easily accessible. Mrs. Angela is very kind and considerate, she gives the guest exceptional attention and is available for every request. The very large, clean and cozy house is equipped with every comfort and is surrounded by a very well-kept large garden. Highly recommended for families. A truly enchanting location, which has an optimal location to quickly reach the most evocative towns of Basilicata and beyond up to Puglia, both in the direction of the coast and inland.

This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a big family. It is a wonderful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts are nice and helpful people and the area is beautiful with friendly people. The beach is clean and was never crowded during our summer stay in July. Perfect holiday!

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

This is an amazing villa. It is the perfect place for multiple families to share a get together while having lots of space for separate time alone.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Total silence, spacious well-served spaces, a pool among the olive trees, and nights stormed by stars brighter than precious stones. I don't know how to describe a slice of heaven.
