Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marina di Ardea

Location is over the top. Look out the windows at the colosseum and the Forum. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops and even a supermarket. The place has a classic Italian smart design and housed our four adults and two children perfectly. Easy walk up to the first floor and there is an elevator. Air conditioning and large picture windows. Every Uber and Taxi knew exactly where it was. And the Monti neighborhood is awesome for walks, shopping and dining. Luigi is incredibly responsive and assisted us in every way he could, including finding a doctor for our grandson. Highly recommended.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. The location is perfect, safe, walkable, central to everything you could want to explore. The apartment itself was clean and so well appointed. The recently renovated bathrooms are so luxurious! The apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. And Luigi made this experience even better! I truly appreciate his hospitality, recommendations, time spent showing us the best ways to get around. On our last day I left something behind and Luigi was so gracious and went out of his way to get it back to me so that I had it for the remainder of our trip. Luigi, truly thank you! I hope to return!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Appartement très bien situé, notamment pour ce qui est des transports en commun : bus, tram, métro. On est dans le centre en moins d une demi heure. De plus accès direct a l aeroport par le train regional dont la gare Ostiense est a 10 mn a pied. Supermarché très pratique quasiment au pied de l immeuble, ce qui est bien appréciable egalement. S il y avait un seul point négatif ce serait le bruit, non dans l immeuble mais autour. Ceci dit on s y habitue et ce n estvpas vraiment genant . L appartement est agreable, bien équipé. De petites attentions, comme les produits d hygiene qui sont fournis, des bouteilles d eau fraiche au frigo a notre arrivee... Livia a été très reactive, nous a laissé entrer dès que le menage a été terminé, et surtout rester le jour du depart plus longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre derniere matinee sans nos bagages... Merci pour tout et bonne continuation.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft ganz in der Nähe des Kolosseums. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch durchdacht ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation herzlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier alles gestaltet wurde. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Grazie mille!
