Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Gabriele was the perfect host, always available. The place was clean and central to everything. I highly recommend this place😆

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

Appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito, con tutti i confort, si trova in un punto stategico x Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word. Adatto ad una famiglia con 1 bambino unica pecca, se così vogliamo dire, le zanzare.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

We hadden deze locatie geboekt met 5 volwassenen waaronder mijn ouders van rond de 85. Het was echt de perfecte locatie. Centrale ligging, aan zee, parkeren voor de deur, ruime woonkamer, fijne slaapkamers en een keuken die ook van alle gemakken voorzien was. We hebben heerlijk genoten van het fantastische ruime balkon met uitzicht op de boulevard en zee. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

Una casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo, vicino ai servizi, a qualche minuto di macchina dal mare e dalla stazione del treno. Le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali, la pulizia impeccabile e si è immersi nel verde. Francesca e la sua famiglia sono stati discreti e presenti, aiutandoci in tutte le fasi del soggiorno e dimostrando la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di tornare presto e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

A estadia foi excelente! Tudo exatamente como nas fotos — o espaço é muito limpo, bem cuidado e confortável. A localização é ótima, em uma área tranquila, mas com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos. Super recomendo e, com certeza, me hospedaria novamente!

Our favorite stay during our 12 day trip through Italy. Big, spacious and sparkling clean apartment with comfy beds and couch. Fully equipped kitchen, with delicious coffe brewed by the host. Both hosts are very sweet and very helpful.

Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien. Un grand merci à toi Stefano, et à bientôt !

If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
