Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marigot

Appartement met fantastisch uitzicht. Je kijkt rondom uit over St Maarten en de zee. Appartement was zeer compleet ingericht, vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig. Ook lagen er nieuwe badlakens klaar. Alles zag er verzorgd uit. Zeker een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

superbe emplacement, au calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. coquette maisonnette très bien équipée avec ses petits jardins arborés, un petit paradis. Je recommande à 100%, hâte d'y retourner.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

A nice space for our family of 4 to relax for the week. Easy to get to the beach. We had a car so we drove everywhere. Even to Grand Case (at night the roads are very dark). The pool was great, beds were comfy, A/C always working. We would stay there again. Thanks.

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Logement facile d’accès, tout se fait en autonomie. Propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien équipée. Merci à Sharich pour son hospitalité et le présent pour mon anniversaire.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique ! L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre de Marigot, ce qui est très pratique et nous avons été bien accueillis :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St-Martin du 26 février au 5 mars, 2025. Le logement ou nous demeurions faisait en sorte que nous nous sentions un peu comme un résident, un local de Marigot. Nous savions que Jean-Louis était toujours prêt à nous répondre si nous avions des questions. Marigot, à peine 10 minutes de marche nous offrait une panoplie de restos, de marchés divers (mardi surtout). A notre départ et à notre demande, Jean-Louis a même fait les arrangemtens pour nous avoir un taxi qui nous a reconduit à l'aéroport. Merci St-Martin et Jean-Louis pour ce beau séjour ... beaucoup trop court et qui a passé beaucoup trop rapidement. Martine & Roch

We had a lovely stay with no complaints! Locations was great, check in was simple, the space was extremely clean! We really enjoyed the shared pool and found everything was exactly as advertised/listed. There was always plenty of street parking for our car as well! Super helpful store right next to the property, as well as some restaurants. We totally recommend this Airbnb and would stay again!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Tout est à disposition et l’emplacement est idéal : supérette à côté, restaurants à proximité, magasins également à côté.

Amazing location, quite central so it makes it easy to visit any area of the island. All the Lolo restaurants are very close and the proximity to Monoprix is very convenient as well. The balcony kitchen is a great feature to relax outside. The only issue is how loud the are can be, even at night. lots of motorcycles and people woth huge car sound systems. A bit annoying.

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place. Good location if you’re looking for peace and quiet and to relax. Easy to find. Close to the airport. Kitchen had lots so I was able to make food every day. Short walk to a market. The Nespresso machine was a nice bonus.

This was my 2nd time to the island again staying on the French side and my daughter and I loved it. This place is very walkable to the local shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal & more in Marigot. We felt safe walking at all times during our stay. We did not rent a car while on the island and instead opted to catch the public bus especially for traveling to the Dutch side. You can easily catch them in Marigot and just ask a local if u need help. The pool & beach onsite was a nice addition to have and wasn’t crowded at all. Everyone we saw in the bldg was very friendly and we will miss the cat that visited us daily. This unit is located on the side facing the street so there will be some noise from traffic during rush hour but it didn’t bother us at all. Her unit is at the end of 3 other units which makes it feel like your own private oasis. Sabrina was very communicative in providing some tips for our stay and I look forward to returning to her unit during our next visit!

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

this place is just as advertised. once its available just go ahead and booked it. I definitely will stay here again once in SXM. i truly enjoyed this place.

Amazing location super safe and host was amazing . Perfect for solo travels like myself . Definitely will be back and rebooking this stay
