The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. Located within a 10-minute walk to Belair beach and a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Philipsburg is a 5 minute drive away. Note: The studio has a shared entrance and is located next to the main house where the host resides.

From the very start in our dealings with the owner, this was a wonderful experience. We had to add a day on our stay due to travel issues and the response was quick, pleasant, and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze even with our delay from the airport. The concierge was very accommodating and checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure there weren't any issues. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet. My only complaint was the bed in one of the king rooms had a dip in the middle and made noise every time we moved. I did not mention this to the concierge as I didn't think it was an issue that could've been fixed while we were there, but did mention it while checking out. Certainly, did not ruin our trip and would not deter me from staying here again. One review had mentioned the lack of "starter" items in the property, but we had plenty of everything we needed. Overall, an amazing and positive experience!

The location was ideal with easy access to both the French side and key areas of the Dutch side (via private vehicle. I am unfamiliar with the public transportation system in this area). Heather was very friendly and accommodating and always available if anything was needed. The flat was clean and comfortable, making it a solid base for exploring the island.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The room was stunning, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the property exceeded all of our expectations. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked like a dream. We loved how convenient everything was—there’s a grocery store right next door, an amazing beach bar, and even two low-key, private-feeling beaches just a short walk away. Great kitchen to cool meals. We’re already planning to rebook and bring our 2-year-old next time. Highly recommend.
