Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Communication throughout the process was top-notch. The place was stunning. It was centrally located to a lot of great restaurants especially those in Grand case. The place was beautiful being across from Pinel was great, and there was not a lot of seaweed as there was that other parts of the island in different beaches, which was amazing. The place was perfect for our family. Parking was easy getting to it was easy and it was a great place to relax and enjoy vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Very nice accommodation! Beautiful sea view, accompanied by the sound of the waves. The loft was perfect, with a very functional kitchen for making memorable meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie's apartment, its proximity to the Oriental Bay as well as the beach and the swimming pool of the residence allowed us to vary the pleasures during our stay, not to mention that it is also very well located and close to all amenities (gas station, airport, supermarket). Emilie is also a very responsive and available host. I would 100% recommend her place

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

If we could leave Patrick and his stunning property TEN stars we would. The space is absolutely fantastic, spacious, bright and airy and totally private. Indoors is warm and inviting and outdoors is the most enchanting tropical garden/deck space with thoughtful seating and views to the pool and water. The kitchen was so well equipped and well stocked. All the linens, bedding and beds are top quality. The location is perfect for getting anywhere and we appreciated the secured gated entry and the ease of parking right at the front door. Patrick is the most wonderful host, kind, caring and always responsive. If you have an opportunity to stay in this exceptional place, take it! It’s one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. We can’t wait to come back.

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Jade! Priscilia was a wonderful hostess and the photos match the space exactly. Anse Marcel is a great place to stay if you are looking for a beautiful location tucked away from the busy parts of SXM. Love!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. Bora bora is a very well appointed and elegant rental. We loved all the nice glassware for enjoying a drink on the patio. We also appreciated the beach chairs. Rachael was very nice and helpful. We love the Baie Nettle part of the island, you can walk to market and a great italian restaurant, and also quick drive to Marigot. We would rent again.

I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time on the island and staying in an AirBnB. The beach house was very warm and inviting. The view of beach from the back deck was amazing. Jerome was very accommodating upon our arrival. He was super friendly and helpful, sharing a list of recommended local restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this beautiful beach house and I look forward to future stays.
