Almost downstairs from the property there is a pizza restaurant and always not far away there is a very good A restaurant where I always go very willingly. Adjacent to the house there is a garden with a children's playground, a soccer field, and a basketball court. There are also the Mantua hospital and San Clemente hospital nearby Green Park Diagnostic Center

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

LOGHINO VALFRÈ: A few years ago we renovated our farmhouse where we live, it is situated in Roverbella a small village bordering between Mantova and Verona. While renovating were able to build two apartments in the old barn which we now rent out on airbnb. The apartments are completely self contained and have all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. A car is a necessity and we have parking on the premises.
