Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Your studio is close to everything with the added joy of relaxing in a garden. w Walk to town and the local farmers market. The studio and main house are separated by a central patio area. Guests have their own entry and private garden and patio. The owners will use a separate space during your stay. If availability is not on the calendar, please feel free to ask, as I often have dates blocked for personal use and may be able to unlock the date.

Forest Retreat 2

A cosy, self-contained & private space with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. The guest suite is adjoined to the back of the main house on the property. Forest Retreat 2 can accommodate two adults and is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the centre of town is only a short stroll away.
