The cabin has no electricity or running water so here you cook in the wood stove, get water in the pump and get to use the toilet, just like it was before. If it's too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Gasoline powered fridge to store food in. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safaris with the cabin owner as guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft to rent.

The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a kitchen/living room and toilet with shower. Smålandstorps farm is located in Järnboås, 20 kilometers from Nora in Bergslagen. Close to forest and outdoors, MTB trails, nice swimming lakes and fishing lakes. In the spring, calves and lambs are born on the farm and you as a guest can get a visit to the animals.

If you are looking for a comfortable living in the middle of nature for you and your family, this is a nice choice. The accommodation includes one canoe that can fit 3 adults. Life jackets and paddles also included. Walking distance to the lake and river. Transport of canoe to other lakes can be arranged for a small fee.

There is a train station in Lindesberg.
