I was recently hosted in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning ocean view. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent barbecue area, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unmatched! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleanliness**: The loft was impeccably clean and very well maintained.

A simple apartment, but with everything that was needed for a quiet stay. Clean, organized, fragrant linens, kitchen utensils for any endeavor (extremely clean), ventilated, good location, helpful doormen, cart to facilitate the movement of bags and finally an exquisite service and a really beautiful view. (Note: one thing that bothers me in Guarapari are the crowded buildings, this building, although apparently tin, is separated (by the angels lol) and at the same time close to everything - the building on the outside is unattractive, but the apartment is a little pretty - it won my heart). The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

I loved the stay! The place is super cozy, very clean and well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, close to everything and super practical. I felt at home from the first moment. Communication was easy and everything went super well. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

Very quiet place, very close to deserted beach (turtle nesting site), close to Castelhanos beach, which is very good. For those who like to visit other beaches in the region, the location is excellent, as it is right in the middle, making it easy to travel to other regions.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Perfect! Clean, well decorated, ventilated, with everything we need to spend a few days on the coast. Elevator in the building, Wi-Fi, good garage, nice doormen, close to the beach, (half a block), no sludge in the bathrooms, ventilated, clean refrigerator, cutlery in perfect condition... I could describe everything, but the apartment is impeccable. The bedding, towels, everything was very good! Excellent mattress and shower! The owner was very polite, answered quickly about any questions. We loved it!!!!!!
