A passeio ou a trabalho, acomodação aconchegante, wifi, ventilador de teto, cozinha equipada, área na entrada espaçosa, acabamento de ótima qualidade e de excelente bom gosto. Nao oferecemos café da manha. Bem localizado, restaurantes, bares, bancos, lojas, poucos minutos da praia. No loft embora não ofereça estacionamento, existe a facilidade de estacionar bem próximo em duas praças públicas, sendo uma em frente e outra logo ao lado .

Capixaba Pearl Getaway

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easy to access and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located and very quiet place, close to the bus station, bakery, in front of beaches and squares an excellent location, great for lovers of physical activities because we have a great waterfront for walks, the apartment is on the third floor, the building does not have an elevator.

We have an external surveillance camera and an electric fence to further ensure the peace and quiet of the guests.
