Ajay, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. Just a message away at any time, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even helped us arrange a private celebration, and everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Whether you’re planning a short trip or a long stay, this place is a must-visit. Plus, Zomato and Swiggy deliveries are available, which is a big plus for convenience. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Kerala!

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

I really enjoyed my stay at the corner room—it was peaceful, scenic, and great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a few steps from the beautiful backwaters, which made for such a calming atmosphere. Manu was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always just a message away if I needed anything. The location is very quiet and perfect if you're looking to unwind. If you're visiting in April, be prepared for some heat— can get quite warm around this time —but the AC and fan in the room kept things comfortable. Overall, a lovely experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, local experience with a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Vinod and his wife are perfect example of super hospitality. The house is much more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures. And the food by Veena was delicious (we had three meals here). She also let us stay for more time after the checkout since it was very hot outside and there were no guests checking in after us. Highly recommend!

The place was super nice, right next to the ocean. Great facilities. Both Diphna and her mom were amazing hosts, always asked if we needed something, prepared amazing breakfast and also booked us a autorickshaw on our way out. They also provided 1 hour extra stay at the house as our train was a bit later. Overall highly recommended. Very warm hosts, and very nice place to relax and unwind
