Cabin vacation rentals in Mara Lake

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Cabin. In particular, it was a very convenient location from family we were visiting a few minutes away. You are greeted by chickens and their dog, Sam. Walking in feels spacious and welcoming. Mercy had it very clean for our arrival and let me know we could check in early. She was responsive to my questions and always smiled as we passed by. Lots of towels and blankets available. The bunkhouse is really cool, just not suited for a toddler. But there is a foam cot in there that we laid on the floor beside the master bed that worked great as a solution. We would book again in the future. A wonderful jewel in the countryside.

Beautiful cabin, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the power went out for a couple hours both days due to outside factors. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

My friends and I spent a few days sledding in the area. Johns place was perfect location, close enough to revy and seconds from eagles pass parking lot. Ride in ride out was very nice. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would deffinetly come back to Johns cabin!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. It had a good location, high up, overlooking the golf course and Shuswap Lake, with a great, comfortable outdoor decking area. Well presented and very well equipped. Overall, a relaxing peaceful stay.

My daughter’s and i really enjoyed this place. It’s right next door to the golf course and only short drive to the public boat launch. We felt very safe and secure at the location and the A/C was nice in the heat. The rustic feel of the cabin just helped enhance our trip to the Okanagan.

We enjoyed our stay at Eveline's even though we didn't get the chance to go for a swim in the lake nearby. She was super easy to communicate with and very flexible. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful rental! Gorgeous views of the forest with local wildlife nearby. Very clean inside and very cute decor. Loved the option to have a wood fire or a propane fire going at night. Great location to go to the winery for a day trip. Cayla is super responsive to messages. Would highly recommend this air b&b again!

Had an amazing time here, view is amazing, lots of space for the 3 of us staying there. Fire on the beach at night was fun. Cabin had everything we need and more. Really looking forward ro staying there again next year.

Loved our stay at the Cabin. Lots of fun with outdoor firepit, outdoor warm water shower. Neat and clean beds, kitchen. Has everything you need for a short stay.

Melodies place was exactly what my family and I were needing for our annual Mother’s Day weekend. Such a beautiful area, close to the beach, lots of lovely walking paths. The house was so comfy and everything we needed and more. Will be back!

Terrific spot for winter stay at Silverstar. Well appointed and spacious with cozy alpine hut vibes, easy access to skiing and walking to village. Awesome!

Probably the best air b and b experience we have had, the place had absolutely everything you could need. The mature trees and large yard made it appear secluded and private despite being in town. Beautiful beaches and amenities in town, will be back.

The owners are super polite and helpful. The house is lovely and immediately felt like home the moment we walked through the door. There was everything we needed and more. The house was tidy and comfortable. The location is amazing, only a few minutes to the beach. We'll definitely be back when we can!

We rented this beautiful property for a lads golf trip. It had all the creature comforts you could want. Very clean and cozy. I would certainly recommend this rental for groups and families.

Phaedra's place was excellent. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. The covered deck out front gave a great view of White Lake and was a good spot to relax. The living room and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. If staying here, check out nearby hikes, restaurents, etc., but be sure to save time to relax and enjoy the space - inside and outdoors.

We loved our time at the cabin. Victoria & Ryan were extremely accommodating allowing us space to park both our trailers and trucks! The big fenced in yard for dogs is a HUGE bonus! The cabin is cozy, and well laid out! Will definetely recommend to friends and family 🙂

Love this place…great property for a retreat…Hot Tub in the snow and waking up to deer grazing in the yard, while enjoying a coffee by the fire in the morning, are just some of the perks…we have stayed multiple times and will be back.

We had a great stay and highly recommend. There was lots of space for three of us and two dogs. All the amenities required were included. The cabin is in a great setting and is a quiet spot only minutes from the lake. We made use of the hot tub and the fire pit. There was a wind storm that caused a power outage in the area for several hours but the property has a Genset and we had uninterrupted power the whole time!

What a wonderful opportunity to stay in such a location! I stayed two nights with two dogs, who were able to hang out at the cabin while I attended a golf tournament in the area. Marjorie was able to meet us in town and drive us right up to the cabin.- it’s in a pretty remote location. The cabin is old and rustic, and I appreciated the authenticity She’s kept to the space. I very much appreciated the digital detox It allowed for me for those couple of days. I enjoyed my forest bath and grounding, and reconnecting with the sounds of the forest. The dogs enjoyed so much needed freedom to explore the meadow around the cabin and we ventured down the road on our walks. So many birds, hummingbirds, butterflies, and just a general sense of peace. Just a wonderful opportunity to slow down for a couple of days. Thank you Marjorie!

Shaun and his wife were absolutely phenomenal hosts—warm, accommodating, and full of that down-to-earth kindness that reminded us of East Coast hospitality with a Western twist. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The place was the perfect blend of an off-grid escape and just the right comforts you'd hope for. Nothing beats grilling fresh salmon over an open fire, especially when you're in the salmon capital of the world. It was peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what we needed. Krystle and I are already planning our return—next time, we're hoping to add a boating adventure to the experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a unique and soul-recharging stay.

Absolutely loved the place. Would 100% recommend. Terry was right there waiting to receive us and explain everything to us. He also kept the place super clean, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool as well as Terry’s amazing hospitality.

This gem will give you serenity, peace and quiet, seclusion without being far away from Town Center, simply refuge from the busyness of your world and the world at large. Tranquility, restfulness, calmness, silence are only a few words that describe this place, but don't do it any justice, really. It sure is pure land here and the nature surrounding you is healing. I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The natural darkness and the silence at night are simply priceless. I LOVE the bed and the bedroom, the location. It feels like heaven. Book in and enjoy.
