Charming house in the Emerald Coast

In a closed neighborhood and with private security is this lovely house, it is very comfortable and easy to attend to, the suite is on the High Floor having independence and intimacy. You are walking 5 minutes from the beach just 600m away, a wide beach with parador and restaurant. Suite has A/C and a ceiling fan. The 2 rooms are on the ground floor and have access to the park. These have a ceiling fan. Heating is pis radiante and natural gas.

It is a small house with comfort for 2 people, ideal for a couple. The great attraction of the house is its location as it is facing the sea. It also highlights its garden with Parrilla. It has air conditioning hot / cold, Smart TV, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and full crockery At the moment, we do not provide linen (sheets and towels), although it does have pillows and warm clothes such as blankets and bedspreads.
