The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
