Waterfront vacation rentals in Mar Azul

It exceeded our expectations! Everything was top quality, the location was unbeatable, the view was priceless, we spent 4 incredible days. the pool and sauna, on cold days, is great to enjoy, especially with kids. Excellent, Díez!!! everything works!!!

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent! We booked the apartment for the view and the truth is that it didn't disappoint. The view of the sea is one of the best you can get and with the added bonus of the sunset too. We had a small problem that Yanina solved instantly and also allowed us to check out a little later. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florencia was very attentive and with clear instructions, she made it easy for us to access.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

Beautiful house to enjoy in Costa Esmeralda, ideal for two families. It's even better than what you see in the photos. Jaqueline is always very attentive and communicative. Highly recommended.

We spent 17 days with my wife, my daughter and 3 friends of her. The house is extremely spacious with a very intimate patio, from which you can appreciate the beauty of the pine forest of Mar Azul. It is 2 blocks from the medano that starts the beach and about 5 or 6 blocks from the center of Mar Azul. you can do everything walking without difficulty. The facilities have details that make a long stay more pleasant (shower with hot water on the patio to remove the sand, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The patio has a part with a very well installed wooden deck and a very wide grill. Highly recommend and would rent it again if given the chance.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is very comfortable, modern and in a great location (one block from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown). The shared areas are very well laid out. Diego, Vicky and Zulma are very helpful.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!
