Very bright with the sea 700 meters away and the shopping center 600 meters away. This beautiful house is hidden behind the main house with total privacy and autonomy. Outdoor grill for common use of the place. Welcome!

Upper floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, and balcony terrace with a covered grill and staircase to the park. Ground floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.
