It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! We had a great stay at Mr. Shikhar’s beautiful Airbnb. The host is very friendly & helping. All the other staff is also very friendly and smiling. The house is exactly as in photos, it is very beautiful & aesthetic. It feels just like home with good security & all the amenities. It is perfect for anyone. The property is very clean & gives very positive vibes. The owner is very understanding and even extended the check out time because we had late train. I would strongly recommend this stay. We all loved it. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

Very comfortable stayy!! Will Visit again

The home was absolutely wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the greenery of Goa, away from the hustle and bustle of most of North Goa is this villa - peaceful yet not far from the beaches & nightlife -Morjim, Anjuna, and Vagator beaches - 20-25 minutes away. The 8 of us stayed for 30 days with elderly parents that required daily home meals. The fully functional kitchen with all amenities (water purifier, stove, fridge, microware, etc) made it a great home away from home. A close-by, walkable, daily needs store, as well as supermarkets a short drive away allowed us to get whatever needed for daily cooking, etc. Swiggy for other daily needs & food order worked well. And of course all the great restaurants in North Goa are within 10-25 minutes reach w/ great cafes just 5 mins away. The hosts Susanna and Adrian were great in providing whatever was needed and were responsive. The housekeeper, Sheela was just great and took care of whatever we needed. Must visit!

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay.
