Die Lodge in den Bergen ist etwas Besonderes. Die Anreise ist zwar etwas holprig, dafür lohnt es sich aber. Ulises hilft auch wenn man eine Tour in die Sierra machen will, z.B. zur Comandancia. Essen war gut und reichlich und im nahegelegenen Fluss konnte man ein wenig baden.

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber alles wichtige ist da und alles war super sauber. Die Lage ist ein Traum mit wundervollem Blick über den Fluss zum Nationalpark. Die Flussüberquerung ist auf der kleinen Brücke ein kleines Abenteuer und wir waren sehr froh, dass unsere Gastgeber die Koffer getragen haben. Essen war super, Mojito auch. Kleiner Geheimtip.

Es una casa muy linda en un lugar maravilloso y muy tranquilo. La familia es muy alegre, hospitalario y ayudan en todas asuntos por ejemplo para organizar un taxi de Bayamo hasta la casa. Tambien es muy cerca de la Parque nacional Turquino y por la Comandancia de la Plata. Las personas que acomparnarnos a la Parque y a la Comandancia tienen infomarciones buenos y interesante. Muchas gracias para todo.

We stayed for 2 months at The Yellow House. It's a great place to stay...very clean, excellent location (about 15 minute walk to downtown), and awesome hosts! Arnaldo and Yanet are the best...lots of local knowledge, always ready to help. They jumped right in to assist me with the police after my phone was picked from my pocket. And Arnaldo is a very good cook; we had many meals there during of our stay. We are definitely going to stay with them in future.

Very beautiful area. Comfortable and quiet. Wifi connection was not great.. however being that this is near a mountain range that is to be expected. Ulysses was extremely helpful with organizing a hike to the comandancia de la plata.

Absolute Empfehlung! Perfekt für Naturliebhaber und abenteuerlustige Reisende. Es ist super erholsam, die wunderschöne Landschaft zu genießen! Ulises und seine Familie war immer sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend, er hat sich um einen Transport für uns zu seiner Unterkunft und zurück gekümmert und um einen Ausflug zur Comandancia La Plata. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
