What a beautiful home! Amazing decor with artistic nitty gritties in every nook and corner of the house. Vintage feel with modern amenities made it a spectacular stay for us. Pia is an amazing host. She kept loads of food stocked up in the fridge which was a pleasant surprise for us. She provided us baby cot and along with it diaper changing station and baby blanket; how thoughtful a person can be ! Old lamps, beautiful pictures on the wall, interesting books made our short stay remarkable. This would be my go to place whenever i am near Bingen!

A great base for 2 young families. We enjoyed Chris’ house very much. We had 4 adults and 4 children and took two apartments in the house for a couple of nights. We left the doors open between apartments so it acted more like a house to us with children upstairs and the adults downstairs. You could only do this though if you’re renting the entire house. Great that the bike shelter was big enough for our eight bikes, and we enjoyed some lovely cycling and a river cruise as well as a train hop down. Recommended.

We enjoyed staying at / with Holger very much. The historic building has many stories to tell. The apartment is antique, but modernly furnished. Interesting art decorates the walls. There are restaurants, wine bars and shopping nearby. The nearby railway line is not disturbing. The house is very quiet. The courtyard is a great place to linger. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Idyllic, peaceful setting, and a clean, comfortable apartment. We really appreciated the Washer/Dryer combo after a week of traveling with another to go. We love this section of the Rhein. Highly recommend Stephanie's place!
