Excellent spot for a quiet overnight or weekend !! It’s easy access into the river and is shallow. Great for navigating up and down stream for fishing. Beautiful, fully-equipped two bedroom apartment on a 160-foot seawall in downtown Lake City. Newly remodeled for the 2024 season! IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment. We promise that the breathtaking view of the lake is worth the climb! *If stairs and mobility are an issue for you, please look for Lake City Landings, Units 1 or 4. Unit 1 only has one step in and Unit 4 is completely on one floor.*
