Well equiped apartment with great views of the Ocean and pool areas. Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. Family can enjoy pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, gym, playground. Close from this area there are many beautiful places to explore as Santa Marianita, Crucita, Machalilla National Park, Montecristi, etc. Welcome to Manta!!!

Spacious, beachfront, comfortable, and cozy. Just 7 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the Mall del Pacífico and Oro Verde Hotel, right in front of El Murciélago beach. You’ll have our assistance during your stay and 24-hour security. The common areas (pool and terrace) are available from 09:00 to 18:00, and twice a week the pool undergoes cleaning maintenance—on Wednesdays or Thursdays. *There is no direct access to the beach – the beach entrance is just 1 minute away

Nueva casa de dos pisos con 3 cuartos todos con aire acondicionado, en una comunidad con guardia las 24/7 perfecta para familias y parejas. Ubicada frente al mar, 10 minutos del aeropuerto y 15 minutos del centro de Manta. Ya tenemos acceso a la playa!!!! New home with 3 bedrooms all with AC unit and hot water in a community with guards 24/7. It’s perfect for families and couples.
