The seaside house is meant for a romantic getaway with a wide array of space (50m2). The big windows of the beach house help you admire the sea view right from the bed. The sand beach, hot tub, and plumbing sauna are just 40m long, with amazing view of the ocean and starry sky. In the dark, it has the light from the wooden lights of siles in the garden. A beach house is a private house, but situated on the same property as the family's summerhouse, but you don't live there when you're renting out your space. Both houses are confined and have a private memento.

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval old town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. 2 cosy studios under the pine forest and 50 m from the sandy beach. A wonderful place for recovery and relaxation. Located 35 km from Tallinn, away from the hustle and bustle. The studios are on the villa's ground floor, our home is on the next floor. Both studios have separate entrances and both have a serene view.
