Monthly Rentals in Manisrenggo

Totally a great place to stay while you’re in Jogja! There is one thing that needed to be improved, the place a bit dusty so I’ll always have flu every day in the house. But overall, great hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Dian’s place! The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Dian was super helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. One of the best parts was the location — very strategic, close to shops, restaurants, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I had a really pleasant experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

PROS : - The place is very comfortable, tidy, and clean - View of rice fields and Mount Merapi 👍 - All electronic devices are working properly from ac to water heater etc. all are working properly - Mbak noviana is very responsive 👍 - Very close to the Prambanan temple and other temples around Prambanan ( 5 minutes ) - Close to the Oma Eyang restaurant - Close to mosques and small stalls ( can walk ) drawbacks : - Pretty far from malioboro, if you want to travel to the prambanan area this inn is perfect - A bit far from the rice stalls, you have to go out with a vehicle, at least a bicycle or maybe in the future bicycles or magiccom will be provided - The front is a bit dusty maybe because it's a new housing so there's still a lot of work in the area around the inn ( it doesn't bother us when we're inside the inn ) - It's best to close the ditch near the residential parking lot to make it easier to get in and out of the car Overall this accommodation is highly recommended

This guesthouse is beyond our expectation. The house is clean, fragrant, and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos. There’s also a rooftop for family gatherings. Unfortunately, due to the constant rain during our stay, we couldn’t fully enjoy the rooftop. Communication was great, and check-in was easy and smooth. Thank you, host. We'll be right back for sure.
