Vacation rentals with a patio in Manfredonia

We had a wonderful stay at Villa White. Raffaella is an excellent host. She is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable. The well equipped kitchenette had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bathroom was modern and came equipped with an excellent hairdryer and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. There was a peaceful outdoor space that you could use to enjoy some snacks and a drink. We were able to walk to the beautiful beach in 5 minutes. There were several places to eat along the beach or you could have a pleasant 20 minute walk to Vieste where there are many cafes and restaurants. If you are looking to explore inland check out Chalet Degli Ulivi. It is a beautiful restaurant set in the olive grove.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Molfetta. The apartment is very beautiful, big and clean as described. Especially the winter garden is amazing. Location in the old town 1 min from the sea/harbour is perfect - everything you need you can reach by walk. Maria as your host is really an angel, always responsive, totally kindful and provides us a lot of tips for trips. Unfortunately due to an family emergency we need to leave earlier and she sent us things we forgot via ups - that’s definitely a 5* service - Hopefully we can come back again - definitely recommended! Isabella’s house is one of those beautifully constructed built-to-last Italian homes. There is a large terrazza, and it is perfectly private, surrounded on all open sides with greenery and privacy fencing. It is obvious that they have thought through every detail of their hosting, because the apartment was superb, the amenities were perfect, the communication was friendly and proactive, and every one on the support staff, from the housekeeper to the recommended driver, showed nothing but 100% perfect professionalism. I really must recommend Isabella’s place in the highest possible terms. In addition, it is right on the sea and the wifi works well- so 10 out of 10.

It was nice to stay in Ivan's newly renovated apartment, furnished with simplicity and taste, in the small rural village of Palombaio. Great value for money. Parking is available in front of the entrance on the ground floor. Impeccable cleanliness. An oasis of peace in the inner garden, with two beautiful lemon trees and a lovely pergola.

We were definitely lucky to find good weather even though we went the last week of September, so I start autumn. the place is very quiet, we enjoyed ample privacy and silence. Antonio and his team are very friendly and kind, they have always helped us. the house has everything you need, clean and bright. thankfully we had a mosquito net, because it was full. i hope to come back next year.

despite the proximity to the center, it is worth going here. beautiful view, quiet neighborhood perfect for walking, e.g. to the nearby port of Santo Spirito, which delights at night. and the center is easy to reach by bus. Silvana and Fredercia are very warm people for whom they will advise and help. the apartment is unique, with soul. I guarantee that the stay here will be unforgettable :)

Enza and Riccardo are great hosts, helpful and very friendly! We had a great time with them, the bedding of the accommodation is clean and the yard is beautiful. It is in a quiet place, the beach is on the other side of the road. I'm sure we'll be back here!😊

Luidgi and Frédérica are very responsive, helpful and caring hosts (small confectioneries for breakfast...) The accommodation is as described, very comfortable, true to the photos and particularly well located in a quiet and pleasant area. The proximity to the airport, train station and sea offers a prime location for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

Beautiful newly built and tastefully decorated villa. The owner lives right next door and a concierge takes care of the check-in, the rental visit, information, organization and questions. The owner came to greet us and make a bit of jasette sinceshe speaks French, she is adorable. The villa is in a quiet area of Bari just a 10 minute drive from old Bari. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the parking in the villa, the huge terrace, the size of the bedrooms, the bedding, the new bathrooms, the very functional kitchen. Only mini downside, we did not have access to the pool (we understood that this is a decision of the syndicate of co-owners for temporary tenants). That said, the sea is not even 5 minutes on foot … there are a few restaurants on the waterfront. It takes the car to go to the supermarket which is not far away. We would return to this place without hesitation.

Recommended especially for those with small children, it has a small playground and a very comfortable pool. Located 2 minutes from the sea and 5 from Vieste. Recommended

Alessandro's accommodation is impeccable in every way. clean, comfortable, quiet, nothing missing. This house is tastefully decorated with pretty antique and restored furniture. It feels good. the terrace for breakfast is a real plus Thanks Alessandro for hosting us. you can go there without a second thought.

The accomodation was worth every penny. Great welcoming host. He has the nicest restaurant just in front of the accomodation with delicios food, great view and friendly atmoshpere. He never forgot to say hi when we were passing by. We felt very welcome and the generál feeling was just amazing. I travel a lot and this place and host were one of the best we’ve met in Europe. The pictures cannot show the beauty and atmoshpere the host created for us. And don’t forget to try his ice cream 🦄❤️

Everything was great! Escaping from Rome for a couple of days and resting at this place felt grounding. Luis' family members were always around, incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. This stay reminded me of the value of human connection and nature. The place itself is amazing: comfortable, private, and peaceful. I truly hope to return for a few days of doing absolutely nothing. Nicola's stay was excellent. A lovely location where we will definitely come back. Photos show you exactly what it's like. It's 3 minutes further from Mattinata than what airbnb shows, but that's a restriction on the website. But what a great view. And in the month of April, it's already a nice temperature to sit on the terrace. Even at night you can watch the stars when the children are already sleeping. As a family with two kids, we had no difficulty with the showers that a previous review warned us about. You should indeed time it well. The adults in the evening and the kids in the morning. Or one before and the other after breakfast. Nicola is also very friendly and also the colleague host Manfredo. In short, we felt very much at home!

Molfetta is very, very nice,... a few kilometers from Trani from Polignano... in short, Giovinazzo is in a strategic location. The house is beautiful and comfortable, it is just a 3-minute walk from the sea, the host Marianna is simply the top , always available and very hospitable. It was truly a beautiful week of vacation. Highly recommend

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, grocery store and attractions. The parking was on the street and free in certain locations. We were lucky and able to find spots for the 3 nights we stayed just a block or two from the Airbnb. We stayed there in March so I don't know how easy the parking would be during a busier tourist season. Overall it was a great value and we would stay with Luigi again.
