There is ONE free parking space available in the courtyard. Bikes can be stored in the basement.

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.

A wooden deck area features two matching chairs and a small table. Steps lead to a garden filled with greenery and colorful plants. Two terracotta pots are positioned near the stairs, blending with the natural surroundings. A stone wall provides texture and a backdrop to the garden.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.

Staying in the lovingly, naturally renovated surrounding house was great. There is a fireplace, which makes it totally cozy. The location is very good for hiking in the Zittau mountains.

A charming hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchenette, featuring herringbone-patterned tiles. Wooden beams enrich the ceiling, while a decorative archway adds character. The floor is adorned with warm-toned wood, creating a cozy and inviting passage from the sleeping area.

A small property, with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

A spacious living area is furnished with a light-colored sectional sofa and a round coffee table. Natural light enters through two windows, brightening the neutral-toned walls and wood laminate flooring. A wooden TV unit and cabinet provide functional storage.

The accommodation was clean and everything as described. The contact with Bernd and Annemarie was straightforward. We had a lovely few days there. The apartment also has a small sitting area from which you can look out into the beautiful garden. The O Lake is even within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Cornelia's apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and very nicely decorated. Fairytale neighborhood. Lots of historic Lusatian homes. It's quiet and peaceful. A good place for further excursions around the area, for example: to the modernist Villa Schminke in Lobau or to the forest trails.

A dining table is set with white plates and glassware, accompanied by woven placemats. A small potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the scene, enhancing the inviting dining area. Soft lighting illuminates the space, creating a warm environment for meals.

The apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. There was always a parking space right in the street, not far from the apartment. Zittau is a good starting point for excursions to the Zittauer Mountains. We can definitely recommend the apartment:-)
