A private lobby leads through to the living room and seperate kitchen, a shower room and a spacious double bedroom. WiFi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, this newly decorated & furnished, colourful apartment is on the upper ground floor of a traditional Gorlitz 1880's townhouse. It is both beautiful & positive. Located on Gartenstrasse within 4 minutes of the main street and old town.

Apartment A-L34 is suitable for up to 6 guests. It offers 2 sleeping rooms – one with a double bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), the other with a double bed (160x200cm). In the living room You’ll find a pull-out couch, a big table with 6 chairs and the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and further accessories. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. A large terrace allows You to dine at the fresh air.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
