Patrick was welcoming and so helpful. He and his wife have created an oasis. Out the back door is a patio overlooking a River. They have planted beautiful flowers. I sat and watched a hawk the first AM and a chipmunk the second. The apartment is complete and not lacking anything. I’d return in a heartbeat.

This place was absolutely awesome!! There’s a lake right down the street, we got in some good fishing over there😁 there’s also a dispensary and liquor store downstairs. Hands down the coolest dispensary I’ve ever been in. Also, love the golden retriever in the liquor store!! The flea market was right down the street as well as a small pink colored coffee shack. They had the best iced lattes and they use espresso cubes for ice! Can’t wait to go back!

Immaculate place. Everything you might need! Very charming town. Close to Green Mountain and Appalachian trail hiking. This was our second stay here and we love it. Also, definitely go to Sweet Birch coffee shop while in town. :)

Our second stay here was great, river was a little higher but we wanted a peaceful weekend with friends and dogs. Apartment was warm given the unseasonable cold weather and we had all the amenities we needed even dog towels for wet pups. Did not see the host during our stay but she was in contact as needed.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

If you are in the Brattleboro area, I highly recommend this listing. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were there for just one night, but were very pleased with these accomodations.

We had a great 4 day stay at Nina’s place. The apt is exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb. The space was a nice size, the furniture comfortable with the bed on the softer side, really good Water pressure in the shower, good amount of kitchen ware To create breakfast and lunches and light dinners. We loved the proximity to town and yet how quiet the place was, and there is a river directly in back. Nina was very prompt in responding to questions and gave us great recommendations for hikes in the area. There is a great bookstore and a number of really wonderful gift stores with Vermont artist’s works a block from the apt. And about a mile down the road starfire bakery with truly amazing baked goods. Make it a priority to Go there and try lots of things! We really loved our stay at Nina’s place and hope we can return in the fall or winter.

It was a wonderful stay. Whether you’re just looking to relax or for a little adventure this stay offers it all. Even though it was a rainy stay they offer plenty of movies, books and games.

Had an absolute wonderful time at Amy’s place. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful spot, this is the place for you! Whether you want to sit by the fireplace and roast some marshmallows or go kayaking, it was a wonderful experience. Amy was responsive and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be booking again!

we will definitely be back here in warmer/fall weather. it was so peaceful and the kids loved it, so did my husband and I. the home was beautiful and I loved the fully stocked spices and bathroom of things you may not think to bring with you on vacation.

We had the most lovely stay at Pincone Pond. The house is absolutely spotless and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, shampoo and condition in the bathrooms and throw blankets for the cool evenings. The house is so homey and comfortable and the grounds are stunning. Beautiful yard and pond which were well cared for. Catherine has thought of everything including chairs for sitting by the pond or fire pit. Just a lovely, peaceful spot.

We had a lovely stay, while in town celebrating our friend’s marriage! We really enjoyed the creek in the backyard! We would recommend this wonderful home ☺️

Wonderful place with great family room with fireplace especially when your weather doesn’t cooperate. The house is well kept and the instructions for everything were placed all around where needed. Fenced yard was great for the dog. The bed in the master is super comfortable with great linens. Loved the house-would live in it in a heart beat. Plenty of games, air hockey table, darts and another game table…grill, firewood- even poop scoops for the dog! Well done!

David’s home was a wonderful getaway! It was incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful setting and the soothing sound of the water right off the deck. The space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and can't wait to return!

Andrew’s cottage was a delight to stay in. It has a well equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, and is very well supplied with pots, pans, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and all kinds of miscellaneous kitchen equipment. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the common space is also comfortable, roomy and nicely decorated. The cabin is located by the river, and looks out on green space, trees, birds and mountains. Andrew is a delight and was always accessible if needed, since he lives nearby. We recommend it highly. Great stay if you’re looking for something close to the mountain but still right in town! Walkable to everything on Main Street. The apt was as advertised and easy to access and had everything we needed to enjoy a ski weekend.

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.
